5th Defence Day observed the great enthusiams in Hyderabad.

HYDERABAD -- As other parts of the country, the 50th Defence Day of Pakistan was observed at Hyderabad and its adjacent areas to pay tributes to the Ghazis and martyrs who have laid down their lives while defending the frontiers of the country.

Various rallies were taken out that marked on the different roads of Hyderabad city and different programs and special functions were also organized by different organizations including political and religious parities to pay rich tributes to martyrs.

A large number people including children and women came out and participated in rallies and in special functions held on the occasion.

They were holding banners and National Flags and chanting slogans in favor of martyrs. Different national songs were also played.

Among other, Pakistan Muslim League - N (PML-N) Hyderabad Division Chapter took out rally outside the Hyderabad Press Club to pay rich tribute to the martyrs.

Leading the rally, PML-N Information Secretary Hyderabad Division, Jamal Arif Saharwardi along with party workers showered flowers on the portraits of martyrs outside HPC.

Pakistan Tahreek Insaf (PTI) Hyderabad Chapter also led the rally outside HPC and paid rich tribute martyrs.

PTI Leader Aijaz Noonari has led the rally where large number workers participated.

Public Police Peace Committee (PPPC) staged a walk to pay rich tribute outside HPC.

Aside from this, Ahl Sunnat Wal Jamaat Hyderabad also took out rally to express solidarity with Pak Armed Forces and pay rich tribute to martyrs.

Jamat-ud-Dawa (JUD) also took out the rally to express the solidarity with Armed Forces and pay rich tribute to the martyrs.

Moreover, PTI and other organizations also held a special function at Hyderabad where they paid rich tributes to the Ghazis and martyrs and also offered special dua for their eternal peace.

In addition to this, special prayers were also held for the progress and prosperity of the nation.

While paying rich tributes to the martyrs of 1965 and 1971, Leaders of different organizations and parties said that it was due to the sacrifices of these brave people and soldiers that we have been living in a peaceful and independent country.

They said that every Pakistani should contribute in the development of the country saying that our soldiers have been defending the external front and we must defend internal threats.
