40,000 sf Dagastino subleased.

David N. Stein, P.C. of Mineola, New York, represented Metropolitan Security Storage Ltd. in the sublease of approximately 40,000 square feet from Dagastino Supermarkets, Inc. at 495 Walton Avenue, Bronx, New York, for a document storage facility. Morten Frankfurt of New York, New York, represented Dagastino Supermarkets and Harry Nadel of Scholem Zuckerbrot was the leasing agent. Stein is also the attorney who represented Harrows Stores, Inc., the swimming pool and outdoor furniture retailer, in its recent leasing of approximately 30,000 square feet of retail and storage space in Paramus, New Jersey from 17th Century Corp.

This is the third Harrows store in New Jersey and represents a re-entrance of Harrows Stores in the Paramus area, after an absence of 10 years.
