BRITNEY Spears seems to have the ability to wear everybody out - none more so than us.
But on a recent television appearance the superstar revealed how she achieves her fantastic figure ... thousands of sit-ups a day.
Just before getting down and giving her trainer ten, Britney squawked: "On average I guess I do up to 500 sit-ups a session. But if you catch me on a good day, then I can do up to 1,000. You have to do the work if you are touring or shooting a video.
"I can honestly say that I really enjoy doing my work outs. Some people find it a real chore, but I really genuinely love it."
