3am: DIVA DAN; Harry Potter star invisible to fans.
HE'S won the hearts of millions as Harry Potter - but Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry obviously didn't teach teen star Daniel Radcliffe much about manners.
Children lucky enough to get the tickets to the hottest party in town on Sunday night were severely disappointed.
Their hero failed to mingle with them at the after-party for the latest installment of the mesmerising epic, Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire, JK Rowling's fourth book.
Our mole at the Natural History Museum, which had been decked out with witches hats, broomsticks and cauldrons for the bash, told us: "Daniel Radcliffe spent the whole evening in the VIP room instead of mingling with the children. He just couldn't tear himself away from the private room which had been turned into a banqueting hall with spooky lighting, crystal chandeliers and huge glittering Christmas trees."
Daniel, 16, spent the evening chatting to Graham Norton and Richard Griffiths, who plays pompous Uncle Vernon in the smash-hit films.
"And when he finally came out to leave, at about 11pm, he had four bodyguards who pushed all the kids out of the way," says our indignant snitch.
The dastardly Voldemort would have been proud of you, Dan ...
The kids who were left sobbing into their pumpkin risotto could at least console themselves with the fact that co-star Robert Pattinson would be out of the VIP section soon to sign their autographs.
But the temptation of the free booze was clearly too much for the 19-year-old who plays fellow wizard Cedric Diggory.
Says our source: "At one point he was seen lurching around with a beer in one hand and a bottle of champagne in the other.
"He was extremely squiffy and didn't get round to signing anything."
Thankfully, the evening was saved by Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley. The young star mingled with the children, signed autographs, posed for pictures.
At least one young wizard has a bit of charm then...
