 3C1 REPORTS QUARTERLY EARNINGS
 HOUSTON, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- 3CI Complete Compliance Corporation


(NASDAQ: TCCC), a medical waste management company, announced earnings for its second quarter ended March 31, 1992 to $24,200. For the six months ended March 31, 1992 earnings were $42,340.
 Revenues increased 62 percent to $1,536,726 for the quarter ended March 31, 1992 from $948,738 for the quarter ended March 31, 1991. Revenues for the six months ended March 31, 1992 increased 76 percent to $3,161,259 from $1,792,136 for the six months ended March 31, 1991. The company attributes these increases in revenues to significant additions to its hospital and professional customer base in its service areas.
 The company also stated that Laidlaw Equities, Inc. exercised its over-allotment option in connection with the company's initial public offering of common stock that became effective April 14, 1992, resulting in an aggregate of 1,380,000 shares sold at $6 per share.
