34 deals for $35.5 million were registered in the trading of state Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan within a week, turkmenistan.ru website reports.
During the trades, the entrepreneurs from Russia, Great Britain, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Turkey, Singapore, Estonia and Kazakhstan purchased polypropylene, aviation kerosene, and petrol coke produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Businessmen from the UAE purchased M-100 heating oil produced at the Seidi oil refinery and representatives of the business circles of Russia and Uzbekistan purchased high-density polyethylene produced by the polymer plant in Kiyanly.
In addition, the merchants from USA, UAE, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan purchased heavy sheet glass, artificial cement, cotton yarn and cotton spinning refinery waste.
The businessmen from Great Britain purchased cotton yarn for 2.7 million manats.
