300 wreck home over 'rave' joke.
Fights broke out and drugs were traded after one of Clare Bettison's pals advertised a free rave at the house, putting posters up to 10 miles away and announcing it over the tannoy at an ice rink.
Youths caused more than pounds 4,000 damage to the house before Clare, 15, called police.
Next day she phoned her parents Paul and Jean, who had gone away for a stress relieving weekend at a health farm.
"We cut short our trip, checked out and raced back home," said Paul, 46, Tory leader of Bracknell Forest council in Berks.
"It is fair to say that during the 40 minute journey home I was wondering which of Clare's limbs I would like to tear off.
"But she was just as much a victim as anyone - she even told us she had thought about killing herself, that's how desperate she was.
"Clare and some of her friends worked all through the night to clean the place up - they managed to wash the blood off the walls and had done their best to clean the carpets"
Now he wants police to talk to Clare's friend about her actions. "I will also be passing her details to my insurance company to see if they want to say anything to her."
