3 police stations run without SHOs in federal capital.

ISLAMABAD -- Three police stations in federal capital are running without Station House Officers (SHOs) due to tug of war between two high ranking officers of Islamabad police.

The police stations including Shahzad Town, Tarnol and Ramna are functioning with no SHO and this state of affairs has led to upsurge in crime rate in these areas.

The citizens are paying heavy price in terms of rise in crime graph due to grouping and differences of two high ranking officers of Islamabad police. Both these officers want their favourites to be inducted in all police stations. In order to serve their personal interest one officer among these two suspends the SHO and second officer tries that his blue eyed boy is appointed in place of suspended SHO.

Over 170 inspectors are working in Islamabad police but no honest police officer is inducted in the police stations being not backed by any senior police officer.

The residents of federal capital have demanded for immediate induction of SHOs in these three police stations as the criminals in the areas under the jurisdiction of these police stations are turning into hideouts of criminals due to lack of SHOs.
