3 Williams Family Law Attorneys Named 2015 PA Super Lawyers and Rising Stars.

Doylestown, PA, May 22, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Bucks County family law firm Williams Family Law, P.C. is pleased to announce that Founder and Managing Partner, Jeffrey M. Williams, has been named a 2015 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, while associates Elizabeth J. Fineman and Robert J. Salzer have been named 2015 Pennsylvania Rising Stars.

This marks the 11th year that Williams has been recognized as a Super Lawyer, having been named to the list each year since 2005. Williams also has been named the Best Lawyers[R] 2015 Family Law "Lawyer of the Year” for the Philadelphia metro area. Only a single lawyer in each practice area in a designated metropolitan area is named Lawyer of the Year, making it a great honor.

Williams, who practices in Bucks and Montgomery counties, primarily handles complex divorce, high-income alimony and spousal support, complex child support and high-conflict child custody cases. He is widely regarded as one of the top divorce attorneys in Bucks County and one of the leading family law attorneys in Pennsylvania.

Fineman, a Rising Star for three years running, concentrates her practice on domestic relations matters, including divorce, child support, alimony and spousal support, marital taxation, equitable distribution and child custody matters. Because family law often involves taxation issues, Fineman's LLM in taxation from Temple University's Beasley School of Law makes her well-qualified to handle high-income support cases involving an intricate knowledge of both family law and complex financial issues.

Named a Rising Star for the first time in 2015, Salzer focuses his practice on a variety of family law matters, including alimony and spousal support, divorce, equitable distribution, marital agreements, child support, child custody and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Pennsylvania Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who, through a peer review and independent research process, have been identified as attaining a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only the top 5 percent of Pennsylvania's 50,000 lawyers and the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming Pennsylvania lawyers are named to the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.

Candidates are evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, including verdicts and settlements; honors and awards; special licenses and certifications; pro bono and community service efforts; and scholarly lectures and writings. The ultimate objective of Super Lawyers is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse list of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for other practitioners and consumers searching for legal counsel.
