250-seat restaurant opens at Morris Corporate Center

Park Place Cafe, a 250-seat restaurant opened on Nov. 1 in Morris Corporate Center in Parsippany, New Jersey. The 10,000-square-foot facility, located in the latest phase of the 1.8 million square foot office campus, will offer an exceptional cuisine and complete range of services from catering to delivery of faxed orders.

The food court-style restaurant is located on the ground floor of Building C in Morris Corporate Center III, off Upper Pond Road. A 60-foot glass wall looks out on the wooded hills and ponds of the landscaped campus of the office development.

One enters the cafe into an area featuring a variety of individual stations, each offering selections prepared "from scratch" in house from the chef Larry Shears's own recipes. The sections defined by green neon signs will include Soups & Salads, Delicatessen, Pizza & Pasta, Specialties, The Grille and Dessert. Low cholesterol and low calorie selections are offered daily.

The Cafe was designed by Haines Lundberg Waehler of New York. Seating in the dove gray and forest green dining room is available in booths or at tables. Like all of Morris Corporate Center's public areas, the dining room is landscaped including a 30-foot long forest green planter.

Park Place Cafe is opened Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the employees of Morris Corporate Center as well as the public. After hour catering is also available.
