250 Park Ave. So. completes leasing.

250 Park Avenue South is 100 perat leased.

New Video Group, Inc., a video rn distributor, has taken the final 200 square feet of office space at 250 Park Avenue South, the distinctive Ivory tower at Ea st 20th Street in Mantyan. The building, which is headarters for the Art Director's Club and II Positano Restaurant, contains 120,000 square feet of offices.

Dean Cherpelis, of the Stuart Marshak Real Estate Group, represented the tenant in the leasing transaction. Richard Farley, S.L. Green's leasing director, represented the building.

New Video, which is presently headquartered at 419 Park Avenue South expects to move into its new facilities in June.
