25 persons of Mirpurkhas killed as a train catches fire.

MIRPURKHAS -- A speeding train Tezgam caught fire near Liaquatpur and as a result 25 persons of Mirpurkhas including Wasim, Khushi Muhammad and others burnt to death, while several others sustained injuries on Thursday. The dead bodies and injured were shifted by the concerned authorities to different hospitals. MNA Mir Munawar Ali Talpur, the leaders of traders' organizations, PTI leaders and DHO Dr Anwaruddin Khatri and others expressed grief over the incident and offered condolence to the heirs of the deceased persons. Meanwhile, a camp office was setup by the Mirpurkhas Police on orders of SSP Jawed Baloch at the Station Chowk to inform information about the deceased and injured persons of Mirpurkhas. The Mirpurkhas Police officials are in close contact of the Pakistan Railways authorities and providing information to the family members of the passengers of Tezgam belonging to Mirpurkhas.
