2015 Credit Congress Housing Information.

Credit Congress educational sessions and meetings will be held in the newly renovated America's Center in downtown St. Louis. Sharing our housing needs are two distinct but equally lovely hotels, The Renaissance St. Louis Grand and the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.

The Renaissance sits across the street from the America's Center. The Renaissance, which is currently undergoing a full interior renovation, is in the heart of the city center amongst upscale Washington Avenue restaurants, nightlife and attractions. NACM's guests will receive complimentary Wi-Fi in their sleeping rooms as well as access to the fitness club. Additionally, conference delegates staying at the Renaissance will be extended 10% off food and beverages (non-alcoholic) in the hotel's eateries.

The Hyatt Regency boasts an exquisite view of the St. Louis Arch and the Mississippi River. Located only a few blocks from the America's Center, Busch Stadium and the City Gardens, the Hyatt is truly in the heart of all of the downtown action. This modern and stylish hotel offers a variety of dining and refreshment options, including Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Brewhouse Historical Sports Bar, RED Bar, RED Kitchen and Starbucks. Conference delegates staying at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch receive complimentary Wi-Fi in their sleeping rooms, complimentary use of their fitness center and will be extended 10% off food and beverages (non-alcoholic) in the hotel's eateries during conference dates.

The America's Center

Sessions and meetings for this year's conference are taking place in St. Louis' America's Center Convention Complex. It is located across the street from the Renaissance Hotel and only a short walk (six blocks) from the Hyatt Regency. It is convenient to dining, attractions, shopping and public transportation. Within the facility, delegates will find a city visitor's center, a cafe and lounge areas. The America's Center also includes the Edward Jones Dome, home of the St. Louis Rams football team.

Conference Room Rate: $135 a night for a single/double occupancy room, plus applicable taxes

Conference rate cut-off: Friday, April 24, 2015

* Inquire with the hotel about their deposit and cancellation policies.

* Make reservations as early as possible; conference rates are based on availability.

Facilities Usage Fee

We urge you to make your hotel reservation at our conference hotels in order for NACM to maximize its meeting space, room block and help keep negotiated room rates as low as possible. The guest room block and group rates negotiated with the hotels Include costs to provide us with the large quantity of meeting space we require. If we do not occupy a sufficient amount of guest rooms throughout the conference, we will incur penalties and additional costs. Therefore, we urge all meeting participants to stay in the host hotels. Consequently, guests not staying at either the Renaissance St. Louis Grand or the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch during the conference will be charged a Facilities Usage Fee, a flat fee of $250, to offset penalties and fees. Please note: If your residential address is in St. Louis, Missouri, you are exempt from the Facilities Usage Fee stated above.
