20 killed, 50 injured in two separate road accidents.

Mohmand/Uch Sharif -- At least 20 persons were killed and over 50 people were injured in two separate road accidents in Mohmand Agency and Uch Sharif. As many as eight people were killed and almost forty were injured as a passenger bus on its way to Rawalpindi overturned in Uch Sharif.

Rescue 1122 and Patrolling Police personnel reached the spot and shifted the injured to Uch Sharif and Tanda Muhammad Panah hospitals.

According to details, a passenger coach travelling from Karachi to Mansehra turned turtle near Pul Phalka area of Uch Sharif due to over speeding on early Friday morning, killing at least eight people.

The passengers of the illfated coach were going to their native towns to celebrate Eid. The driver of the coach managed to escape from the spot after the accident.

At least 10 people were killed when a passenger van fall into ravine in Mohmand Agency. Around 16 passengers were injure in the accident a few of them seriously. Reports said the incident took place in Dawezai in tehsil Pandiali. The rescue workers carried out operation and shifted the corpses and injured people to the hospital.
