2 firms relocate to 300 Park.

Two firms will leave their current Madison Avenue headquarters for 300 Park Avenue as a result of lease negotiations just completed by Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc./Colliers International Property Consultants (ABR) as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 25-story Park Avenue tower.

According to ABR, Battalia Winston International, which is relocating from 275 Madison, will occupy 4,703 square feet on the 23rd floor, and First Wall Street Company, Ltd., relocating from 444 Madison, will lease 4,966 square feet on the 19th floor. Aggregate rental value of the two leases is approximately $2 million. Both firms will take occupancy of their new offices within the next six months.

Michael Lenchner of Sage Group Associates, Inc. represented Battalia Winston International, and Robert L. Billingsley, David L. Hoffman, Jr. and John W. Adelman of Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. represented First Wall Street Company as well as the landlord.
