2,302 patients registered for health screening.

FAISALABAD -- The health department registered 2,302 patients for health screening in health camps on the first day of health week in the district.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of District Health Authority, Dr Zafar Abbas here Wednesday said that 251 patients were registered for screening in Government General Hospital Samanabad, 251 patients in THQ hospital Chak Jhumra, 252 in THQ Jarranwala, 347 in THQ Tandlianwala and 256 in THQ Samundri.

As many as 160 patients were registered in rural health centre 65-GB, 162 in rural health centre Dijkot and 152 in rural health centre Kanjwani.

He said that 54 patients were registered in basic health centre 44-GB, 63 patients in Chak No 222-RB, 91 patients in 283-GB, 50 in Chak No 404-GB, 102 patients in 143-GB, 60 in 192-RB, and 51 patients were registered in basic health centre 222-RB.

The CEO said that registration target of 250 patients have been fixed at each THQ hospital, 150 at each rural health centre and 50 patients at basic health centres.
