1st autopsy report of Naimat Randhawa declared faulty.

KARACHI -- Four member medical board established for autopsy of advocate Naimat Randhawa has declared the first medical report of victim issued by MLO of Abbasi Shaheed Hospital as faulty.

As per sources, On Monday a 4-member medical board comprising Prof. Farhat Abbas Mirza, Police Surgeon Dr. Jalil Qadir, senior MLO Dr. Saleem and Dr. Tariq Abbasi following the orders of court reached graveyard of Paposh Nagar for grave exhumation of the victim.

After taking samples of dead body under the supervision of SDM Central Shujaa Hussain, medical board has issued the 2nd medical report of Naimat Randhawa. In new report the previous report which was compiled by MLO Abbasi Shaheed Hospital Nadeem-ud-din has been clearly declared faulty.

Mentioning here that advocate Naimat Ali Randhawa who was new council in the murder case of Wali Khan Babar (Reporter of a private TV channel) was gunned down on September 26 in North Nazimabad.

After that autopsy of Naimat Randhawa was done in Abbasi Shaheed hospital, while difference were found in the medical report of MLO and other doctors. MLO wrote in his report that victim has been shot with only one bullet in his head.

While police had declared in its report that 3 bullets were fired on Naimat Randhawa. After the re-examination of samples medical board has confirmed the report of police.

It should be noticed that member Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Kazim Abbas has been arrested under the allegation of murdering advocate Naimat Randhawa.
