1993-94 MIAMI BUSINESS PROFILE PUBLISHED

 MIAMI, June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The third annual edition of its Miami Business Profile, a comprehensive source of facts and figures on Dade County's business community, is now available.
 The 1993-94 Profile is a four-color, magazine-style publication developed as a resource for local firms and out-of-town companies to make informed decisions about doing business or investing in Greater Miami.
 Compiled by The Beacon Council's Research Department, the Profile includes listings of Dade County's major employers, Fortune 500 Affiliates and features comprehensive international business section. The section includes information on Miami's international merchandise trade sector and listings of foreign consulates, foreign trade offices, bi-national chambers of commerce and multinational companies with offices or facilities in Dade County.
 The 1993-94 Profile also features a section on Greater Miami's tourism and transportation sectors, including data on tourist arrivals and trends; a listing of the passenger and cargo carriers serving -- as well as cities served from -- Miami International Airport; and a listing of ports served from the Port of Miami.
 The Profile also outlines Greater Miami's quality of life, demographics, economy and business advantages.
 To help locate information, a detailed table of contents listing all charts and graphs has been incorporated. In addition, chapters have been color-coded for easy reference.
 The Beacon Council, in conjunction with Florida Media Affiliates, has produced 15,000 copies of the 1993-94 Miami Business Profile.
 The publication will be distributed to The Beacon Council's members; principals of local companies; top executives at national and international businesses that have indicated an interest in investing in Dade County; and business travelers (through in-room copies at major hotels in Greater Miami). The Profile will be available at newsstands throughout South Florida, and, at The Beacon Council.
 The cost is $15 per copy for non-members and $10 per copy for members. (For mail and phone orders, add $2.90 per copy for postage and handling.) Bulk rates are available.
