1940s dance event to roll back the years.
PEOPLE love to dress up and relive the 1940s.
Local events have proved so popular over the last few years that another 1940s event has been organised in Kirklees.
Heckmondwike 1940s Dance takes place this Friday, October 9. Natasha Anderson, Big George and the Andersons are stars of the 1940s Dance at The Comrades of The Great War Club, Heckmondwike.
Pull on your dancing shoes, grab your gas mask and leave the everyday world behind and drift back to the 1940s.
Tickets are PS12.50, including a hot supper. All profits go to Heckmondwike Christmas lights. All previous dances have sold out in advance, visit www.batleyvintageday.co.uk/dance for details. For tickets email firstname.lastname@example.org, tweet@1940sswingdance or call Simon on 07710 677273.
