19 killed as magnitude 7, 8 earthquake hits NE Afghanistan.

KAByL (CyHAN)- At least people were reported to have been killed when a strong earthquake with 7.6 magnitudes in the Richter scale hit northeastern Afghanistan on Monday.

According to the explanation which was made by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) the 7.6 magnitude earthquake was also felt in India and Pakistan.

The strong earthquake, which is predicted a great deal property damage to have occurred, was 196 km deep and centered 82 km southeast of Feyzabad in Northeastern part of Afghanistan in the Hindu Kush mountain range.
