15 YEAR FIXED MORTGAGE RATE LOWERED TO 5.88 PERCENT

 ANDOVER, Mass., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- First Eastern Mortgage Corporation today lowered its 15 year fixed rate mortgage program to 5.88 percent.
 "This program will be attractive to those people who wish to shorten the remaining term of their mortgage while keeping monthly housing costs at an affordable level," said Robb J. Osinski, vice president of First Eastern Mortgage Corporation.
