1400 Broadway makes a Lasting Impression.

The Hunter Realty Organization, LLC has arranged the leasing of a 13,200-square-foot space at 1400 Broadway for Lasting Impressions, Inc. a leading woman's sportswear company, announces Richard Selig, principal of Hunter.

The tenant was represented by Marc S. Schoen managing director of Hunter. Donna Zavattieri and Sabrina DeMarco of Helmsley-Spear represented the landlord, 1400 Broadway Associates, LLC.

"After many years at 1407 Broadway, the principals of Lasting Impressions felt it was time for a change and the newly diversified leading fashion building at 1400 Broadway was exactly what they were looking for," says Mr. Schoen.

"Within the past few years, 1400 Broadway has become synonymous with many major sportswear apparel companies and is currently home to several leaders in the industry such as Bill Blass Jeanswear, Jordache Enterprises, Inc. and Bonjour International, Inc. The ownership at 1400 Broadway is working aggressively with the sales team at Hunter Realty to attract many of the leading fashion tenants in the industry."
