102.7 KIIS-FM, LOS ANGELES REGIONAL FOODBANK AND VONS JOIN TO KIIS HUNGER GOODBYE

 LOS ANGELES, Nov. 23 ~PRNewswire~ -- KIIS Hunger Goodbye, a live radio marathon to collect food for The Los Angeles Regional Foodbank will be held Nov. 23 and 24. Sponsored by 102.7 KIIS-FM, the marathon food drive is being held just before Thanksgiving to spotlight the urgent need for food for families in need.
 KIIS-FM air personalities have vowed to stay on the air, moving to various Vons Markets locations until a 27-foot Mayflower moving van is filled with food. Vons is donating 500 turkeys to kick off the food drive.
 The food drive begins at the Burbank Pavillions at 1110 Alameda Ave. from 2 - 6 p.m. Nov. 23. The Mayflower van and KIIS personalities will move on to other locations as follows:
 Nov. 23 6 - 10 p.m. Vons
 14535 Baldwin Park Towne Ctr.
 Baldwin Park
 10 p.m. - 2 a.m. Vons
 1625 Azusa Ave.
 Hacienda Heights
 Nov. 24 2 - 6 a.m. Vons
 561 N. Glendale Ave.

 6534 Platt Ave.
 West Hills
 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Pavilions
 5500 Woodruff Ave.
 Lakewood
 2 - 6 p.m. Vons
 9860 National Blvd.
 Cheviot Hills
 KIIS will broadcast from each store for about four hours. Those who want to donate food are urged to bring it to the parking lots of the participating Vons locations listed above.
 Past KIIS Hunger Goodbye radio marathons netted more than 22 tons of food.
 All food will be donated to the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank, which helps feed more than 285,000 hungry people weekly in Los Angeles County through more than 675 charitable agencies.
