1000 Industrial Stitching Units would end unemployment.
QUETTA -- Provincial Chief of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) Shakoor Ahmed has said, initiative of 1000 Industrial Stitching Units would control unemployment and poverty in Balochistan particularly women and children would receive benefits from this program.
He shared these views on Tuesday while addressing an introductory program regarding 1000 Industrial Stitching Units held in Quetta Chamber of Commerce.
President QCCI Jumma Khan Badezai, Badar udd Din kakar, Haji Akhtar Kakar and President Women Chamber of Commerce Sadia Baloch were present in the ceremony.
'The initiative would enhance jobs opportunities for men and women in Balochistan while with cooperation of Women Chamber of Commerce stitching machines would be imparted to females in the province.' Shakoor Ahmed said.
He added, 11 types of stitching machinery would be provided to women in Balochistan.
Lauding the program President QCCI Haji Jumma Badezai has said, our youth and women would receive jobs opportunities through this program which would be helpful in boosting provincial economy,
'Quetta Chamber of Commerce was ready to support 1000 Industrial Stitching Program.' President QCCI said asked guidelines and documentation of the program.
He added, Balochistan's embroidery was famous across the world and government support in terms of machinery and grant would open more economic doors for our women.
