10 year Lex Ave. deal.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC, has closed a lease with Mirti Italian Leather Goods at 1042 Lexington Ave.

The leather goods retailer signed a 10-year lease for 1,050 square feet at the property.

Robert K. Futterman, CEO, and Ariel Schuster, senior director, at RKF represented building owner The Winter Organization in the transaction. Evan Ruster of Lansco represented Mirti Italian Leather Goods. The space is located between 74th Street and 5th Street on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

The leather goods retailer's new store is expected to open in May.
