10 Taliban killed in Bajawar.

ISLAMABAD (PAN): The Pakistan army killed 10 Taliban and injured 20 others during an operation in the tribal area of Bajawar agency on Thursday, an official said.

The operation targeted the hideouts of militants in the Nagei Tahsil area, Dost Mohammad, a government official in the area, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

Abdul Rahman, who lives in the area, said the mountain hideouts of the militants came under heavy bombardment.

According to another report, in Khaar, the centre of Bajawar agency, a would-be suicide bomber was killed by his own explosives when they prematurely detonated.

Meanwhile, in Waziristan and Bajawar, unidentified gunmen destroyed two girls' school buildings with explosives.
