10 Robinson staff left in jobless limbo.

TEN Robinson Centre staff have been left in limbo after their contracts were not transferred to a new management.

The workers received P45s from X-force but were not taken on by Greenwich Leisure Ltd, the new team in charge of the centre.

Unite regional officer Davy Edmont said they plan to initiate legal proceedings on behalf of the staff.

He added: "Under the RPA changeover, they were meant to transfer to Greenwich Leisure Limited which is contracted by Belfast City Council.

"Unite is gathering relevant information and legal opinion to establish who is the employer following their non-transfer. "We will have no option but to institute legal proceedings against both X-force and GLL."
