1-800-ATTORNEY, Inc. Announces Appointment of George R. Boltres, Jr. To Board of Directors.

LAKE HELEN, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2002

1-800-ATTORNEY, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATTY) announced today that George R. Boltres, Jr. has joined the company's Board of Directors. He will serve on the Audit Committee, and the Compensation Committee. Since 1985, Boltres has been a general partner of Tiedemann Investment Group and co-manager of its Emerging Growth portfolios. From 1982 to 1985, Boltres was Vice-President of Oppenheimer Management Company, where he managed three aggressive growth mutual funds. He ran the top performing mutual fund in 1983, and was named Money Magazine's Outstanding Fund Manager.

Mr. Boltres received a B.A. from Williams College in 1964, and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1967. He will fill the term of the board seat vacated by former company CEO Peter Balise.
