1,000,000+ SF Industrial Park Changes Hands in El Paso, TX.

EL PASO, Texas -- The industrial site known as 10/375 Industrial Park developed by the 10/375 Industrial Partnership (a partnership of Covington Capital Corporation and Huntington Group) was recently sold to UBS Realty Investors. The Covington/Huntington partnership was represented by Jack Fraker and John Robinson of the Dallas office of CB Richard Ellis. UBS Realty Investors represented themselves in the transaction.

Developed by Covington Capital and Huntington Group between 1995-2000, the 10/375 Industrial Park is a seven building, 1,100,000+SF, warehouse/distribution site. The project is part of the larger Paseo Del Este master planned community which is a substantial residential and employment center along Interstate 10, located on the eastern edge of El Paso, Texas. Paseo Del Este will eventually contain over 10,000 homes and millions of square feet of commercial and industrial space.

In addition to their interest in Paseo Del Este, Covington Capital and Huntington Group currently own multiple industrial and warehouse sites in the El Paso area.

Based in California and Ohio, Covington Capital is an entrepreneurial real estate firm that has developed and invested in industrial, commercial and redevelopment projects, as well as raw land, throughout the US since 1981. Covington specializes in projects that require extensive public sector interface or partnership, as well as those needing creative financing solutions.

Having offices in California, Nevada, and Texas, Huntington Group is a premier property ownership, development, and asset management company with extensive industrial, retail, and land assets. Huntington's partners have ownership in or manage assets worth over $100 million.
