Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD20.00 per share, declared on its 8.00 percent non-cumulative perpetual class-A preferred stock, Series J (WFCPrJ).

The Series J dividend is payable on June 15, 2012, to holders of record as of the close of business on May 31, 2012.

The company has also declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD18.75 per share On its 7.50 percent non-cumulative perpetual convertible class-A preferred stock, Series L (WFCPrL), which will be payable on June 15, 2012, to holders of record as of the close of business on May 31, 2012.
