Volvo Group (Thailand) Company, a subsidiary of Volvo Group, is aiming for an increase in truck sales in 2013.

The automaker expects to increase truck sales by around 20 percent in 2013. President Jacques Michel said, 'We target growth of at least 20 percent this year following our expansion. We have set a capital expenditure budget of Bt5 billion for this year until 2015, when the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) goes into effect.'

The company expects the new truck market to increase to around 30,000 units in 2013.
