Volkswagen AG (Xetra: VW), a Germany-based automaker, has introduced a new StartUp training programme.

The programme is to offer youngsters an opportunity to not only receive both practical and theoretic training, but also the opportunity to receive permanent employment after the two year training is complete. It is designed for new engineers who wish to take advantage of international experience.

The training provides all-round experience with good job prospects. The company will initially employ these applicants for a period of two years, during which time they will receive two months of experience at the company's subsidiarys in Spain or Portugal, after which they will work for 21 months at a Group company in Germany.
