Virginia Company Bank (VCB) (NASDAQ: VGNA) has said that it is opening a new banking office in Williamsburg's High Street development on January 30, 2011.

Located off Richmond Road in the High Street development, the new banking office is about 10,000 square feet in size. The bank's current New Town banking office in Williamsburg will close on January 27, 2011 to allow for the relocation.

'We are all very excited to be moving into our new banking office that will feature many expanded service areas for our customers,' said bank president and CEO Mark Hanna.
