UBS AG (NYSE: UBS) and Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) have been selected by Indonesia to lead a rights issue at local lender, BNI (BBNI.JK).

The two banks were selected as joint coordinators for the planned USD1.1bn rights issue.

Credit Suisse (NYSE: CS), Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) and Macquarie (PINK:MQBKY) have been selected as joint book runners.
