-TelVue names new chief financial officer.
Television and Internet broadcasting innovator TelVue Corp. (OTC: TEVE) said it has appointed Emmett Hume as its chief financial officer.
TelVue president and CEO Jesse Lerman said, "We are delighted that Emmett Hume has decided to join the TelVue team. The breadth of his experience and success in senior roles with companies ranging from venture stage to the Fortune 500 will help us attain our financial and shareholder objectives."
Hume comes to TelVue with extensive experience in venture stage and mature company financial systems and operations. He has been a senior vice president at General Electric's satellite communications company, and spent six years working as an associate and vice president in corporate finance and merchant banking at a subsidiary of the Prudential Insurance company of America.
Hume received his BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and his M.Phil. in economics from Columbia University.
