NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT-July 16, 2011--Swedish Trelleborg acquires 60% interest in French Bloch(C)2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS http://www.m2.com

15 July 2011 - Swedish engineering group Trelleborg AB (STO: TREL B) said today it had agreed to acquire 60% of French provider of industrial hose solutions Bloch SA with an option to buy the rest without disclosing the price of the deal.

The Swedish firm entered the deal via its unit Trelleborg Engineered Systems.

The transaction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2011.

Bloch generates average annual sales of some SEK70m. It has 20 employees working in its offices and production facilities in Lyon.
