5 July 2011 - Ukraine's small-size lender Russian Standard bank plans to sell UAH200m (USD25m/EUR17.3m) worth of bonds due in 2013, the Kiev-based bank said on Tuesday.

The C series bond issue will stipulate the sale of 200,000 bonds with an issue price of UAH1,000 apiece.

The debt, with an annual coupon of 14%, will be placed on the Perspectiva stock exchange.

Investment Capital Ukraine and VTB Bank (KSE:BAMR) are acting as the issue organisers.
