18 July 2012 - Rabobank Nederland re-opened on Wednesday a sterling-denominated bond due on 10 September 2015, Reuters reported.

The bank sold GBP250m (USD391m/EUR319m) of debt as part of the transaction, bringing the issue's outstanding amount to GBP1.65bn.

The new tranche was placed at an issue price of 107.631% in a deal handled by RBC Capital Markets. The security, which carries a coupon of 4.0%, came with a spread of 133 basis points over the 4.75% September 2015 UK gilt.

The issue was carried out as part of the bank's euro medium-term notes programme (EMTN) and is rated Aa2 by Moody's.

The payment date is 25 July 2012.

Rabobank Nederland is part of Dutch Rabobank Group, which is organised as cooperative and has offices in 44 countries. The group has over 59,700 employees servicing some 10m clients and a network of some 1,600 locations worldwide.
