11 November 2010 - Swedish company Peab AB (STO: PEAB B) said today it will build part of the E45 motorway in southwestern Sweden under a SEK218m deal from the national transport administration.

The contract covers the construction of 4.7 km of motorway between Alvangen and Ramstorp, including two interchanges, three bridges, 4 km of local road and 1 km of private road.

Work is due to start immediately and to be completed by the autumn 2012.
