Officials at the Saint John Airport said they have received confirmation of the new flight schedule for PASCAN Aviation with service from Quebec City direct to the Saint John Airport. The new service will also connect Saint John to Bonaventure, Quebec, and Wabush, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The schedule includes daily flights, five days per week, scheduled to begin this Fall.

PASCAN Aviation is an independent airline in Quebec and currently serves 15 communities in Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, and now New Brunswick initially using JetStream 32 planes, and eventually ATR-42 aircraft.

Saint John will be the first New Brunswick airport for PASCAN's service. This is an opportunity to connect all of southern New Brunswick with most communities in Quebec and Wabush.

Pascan Aviation was founded in 1999 by Serge Charron a career Pilot since 1967. Since then, the company has followed its mandate to establish an independent regional airline across the province of Quebec. Pascan Aviation flies JetStream 32 and ATR 42 planes, plus smaller aircraft, to connect 15 communities across Quebec and NL, offering scheduled flights.
