-Ordina to reshuffle management.

INTERNET BUSINESS NEWS-(C)1995-2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

22 June 2011 - Dutch IT services provider Ordina (AMS:ORDI) will cut two management levels, a spokesman for the company said today.

Following the move, the senior executives will run the management, comprising about 100 people, more directly.

The company will consist of three divisions -- consulting, business solutions and professional services. Ordina's Belgian and Luxembourg operations will be integrated into a separate division, which will report directly to the board of directors. The latter will consist of Stepan Breedveld, CEO, and Bart de Jong, CFO, after the resignation of current chief executive Ronald Kasteel in September.

Radboud Berg, director business solutions and ICT is the first to resign after 21 years working with the company.
