-Nissan Motor Company launches Sunny in India.

Nissan Motor Company (NASDAQ: NSANY) (TYO: 7201), a Japan-based automaker, has introduced its Sunny sedan in India.
The model is to be priced in the range of INR575,000 to INR768,000. It is to compete with the Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Maruti SX4, Fiat Linea and Ford Fiesta.
The vehicle is equipped with a 1.5-litre, double overhead camshaft petrol engine that delivers 99PS at the rate of 6,000rpm.
