M2 EQUITYBITES-November 24, 2011--Moody's ends ratings of Rain CII Carbon (Vizag)(C)2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

24 November 2011 -- Moody's removed on Wednesday India's Rain CII Carbon (Vizag) Ltd's (RCCVL) B2 corporate family and senior secured bank credit facility ratings.

The outlook on the ratings was "stable".

The company, along with its US sister firm Rain CII Carbon LLC (RCC), specialises in calcined coke production. RCC's revenues account for some two-thirds of the revenues of the combined group, CPCUSA, the rater noted.

Moody's said that it had pulled RCCVL's ratings for its own business reasons.

The agency maintains coverage on RCC, which bears B1 corporate family, senior secured bank credit facility and backed senior secured ratings, all with a "stable" outlook.
