-Krauss-Maffei Wegmann signs contract with Daimler AG.

Krauss-Maffei Wegmann, a company that provides armoured wheeled and tracked vehicles for the European market, has signed a service contract with Germany-based Daimler AG (NYSE: DAI) (FWB: DAI).
The contract has been signed for the maintenance and repair of Mercedes-Benz trucks and G-models on international deployments of the German armed forces and their allies.
According to the contract, Krauss-Maffei Wegmann is to offer technical support in the field for all military vehicles from the Worth-based truck manufacturer, which are deployed on international missions with NATO, the EU and the UN.
