South Korean lender, Kookmin Bank, resumed bond issuance with an announcement of a USD300m priced offering on January 08 of this year.

The Reg S three-year deal, priced at 99.811 percent with a coupon of 1.375 percent, was launched with an initial guidance of 125bp area over the US treasuries. Markets welcomed the launch, with the demand rising to USD2bn before the London open.
