First National Bankers Bankshares, Inc (NASDAQ: FNBB) has said that it has completed the consolidation of its four bank subsidiaries: Arkansas Bankers' Bank (ABB), First National Bankers Bank, Alabama (FNBB-AL), First National Bankers Bank, Louisiana (FNBB-LA) and Mississippi National Banker's Bank (MNBB), which was completed on March 31, 2011.

'The new consolidated FNBB will be better positioned to serve the long term correspondent banking needs of our shareholder and customer banks in all of our markets. Through our regional leadership structure and the continued emphasis on our 'Service Beyond Comparison' philosophy we will ensure that our customers continue to receive the highest level of service they have come to expect from ABB, FNBB-AL, FNBB-LA, and MNBB,' said Joe Quinlan, chairman of FNBB, Inc.
