International Resource News - 31 January 2011

EnLink Geoenergy Services, a leading firm in the development and installation of geothermal heat pump (GHP) heating and cooling systems, has received a contract to construct a GHP system at Nye County School District's Pahrump Valley High School, near Las Vegas.

The company received the contract because it is the most efficient heating and cooling technology available and will cut energy and water consumption compared to a conventional HVAC system.

Dave Wonderly of the Nye County School District said 'Geothermal heat pump technology has been a big success out here in the desert, so it only makes sense that we would include it in this project as well. And the fact that EnLink has done such a great job on other projects in this area made us very happy that we could work with them on this one.'
