20 September 2011 - Eagle Financial Services Inc (OTCBB:EFSI), the parent of Bank of Clarke County, said on Monday its board had authorised a stock buyback plan for up to 150,000 common shares.

The repurchases will occur from time to time but not later than 30 June 2012.

The share buybacks will depend on a number of factors, including the business and market environment, stock price, trading restrictions and others.

Eagle Financial Services had USD582m (EUR427m) in assets at the end of June 2011.
