Germany-based Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB) was named as successor depositary bank for the Level II American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme of Chile-based CorpBanca SA.

Akbar Poonawala, head of Global Equity Services at Deutsche Bank said, 'We are pleased that CorpBanca decided to transfer its ADR program to Deutsche Bank's depositary receipts platform. We look forward to working with CorpBanca in the management of its program and welcome the opportunity to expand our portfolio of Chilean ADR issuers.'
