Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC), a company that manufactures, recycles and markets steel and metal products, is planning to withdraw from the CMC Sisak mill in Croatia, a steel pipe manufacturing operation.

The company is exiting the business through a sale or closure.

The firm will complete the existing order book and expects the operation to wind down over the next few months.
